Choose from 36 marked-out, landscaped pitches to relax amid nature. The campsite also offers numerous hiking trails, whether on foot or by bike. A very sunny pool, a sauna and a fishing pond are also at your disposal to ensure the success of your holiday.

The campsite’s services

At Camping La Ripole, you can enjoy a range of services according to the following schedule.

Between June and September

From the start of June, symbolising the beginning of school and university holidays, visitors to Camping La Ripole can enjoy takeaway meals and access to the snack bar. This lets you sample local cuisine and taste the region’s wines. These services continue until the end of the summer season in September.

Between July and August

During these 2 months, a sauna is available to campsite residents. This is a paid service. It’s an ideal facility for relaxation after a hardworking year.

Throughout the season

Bike rental is available to campsite visitors all year round. This lets you go on hikes to the splendid nearby spots, such as the Église Saint-André in Abjat-sur-Bandiat, the Temple de Cozes, the botanical bird garden house in Saint-Barthélemy-de-Bussière, the Église Saint-Étienne in Saint-Estèphe, and more.

The campsite’s activities

With family or friends, the activities offered by Camping La Ripole are sure to delight you. Petanque tournaments, swimming, no-kill fishing, darts, skittles, horse riding, field golf, tennis and dance evenings are among the many activities on offer at the campsite. You can also enjoy canoe trips in Brantôme, rail biking in Corgnac, and hiking or mountain biking trails starting from the campsite.

From the campsite, you can also take part in excursions, notably to the Villars Caves, the Châteaux de Puyguilhem, Bourdeilles and Montbrun, Brantôme, the “Green Venice of Périgord”, with France’s oldest bell tower, as well as the village of Saint-Jean-de-Côle, classified as one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France”.

You can also discover local craftsmanship at the Nontron Art and Craft Centre, where traditional cutlery workshops, water and oil mills, and traditional summer festivals have existed since the 15th century.
