A public beach, it’s easy to reach and has parking nearby. Sheltered by the old town’s ramparts, it’s protected from the wind. You’ll find showers and toilets here, as well as a first-aid post open from mid-June to mid-September. Its shallow water makes it perfect for families with children. What’s more, shops and restaurants are close at hand!

Welcome to Juan-les-Pins! The Grande Plage stretches from the town centre towards Golfe-Juan. Just 1.5 km from the superb Exflora public garden, this spot is lined by a pedestrian promenade, perfect for a stroll with the family or your partner.
Its 250 metres of fine sand and clear water are an invitation to swim. The gently sloping shoreline is perfect for everyone! Benches let you relax facing the Mediterranean, and you can even hire sun loungers. Showers, toilets, supervision… it’s all here! It’s also a popular spot with beach volleyball fans.

Lined with various food outlets, this spot is perfect for lunch by the sea. Do note, however, that there’s no parasol or sun lounger rental here, and parking can be a challenge! But there are plenty of water activities, making it an ideal spot for outings with friends.

Head to the north of Cap d’Antibes to discover Plage de la Garoupe! Less than 2 km from the lighthouse of the same name and the Villa Thuret Botanical Garden, it offers, on a clear day, a stunning view over Nice and the Alps.
Once frequented by legends such as Picasso and Hemingway, it has a small car park alongside it. This beautiful Antibes beach is made up of a mix of sand and pebbles. Here you can go pedal boating, paddleboarding, or even fishing!
Restaurants, a beach bar, showers and toilets are all available. 300 metres away, numerous coves attract swimmers looking for privacy. It’s also the starting point of the coastal path leading to the famous Baie des Milliardaires (Billionaires’ Bay), a magnificent but fairly steep walk!

Just outside Antibes’ old town, discover Plage du Ponteil, the second-largest sandy beach in Antibes! 700 metres from the archaeology museum and 1 km from the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de l’Immaculée Conception, it’s long, free, and holds the Handiplage accessibility label, so it can welcome everyone.
Set back from the road, it’s more pleasant and safer for children enjoying the Côte d’Azur. Swimming here is also supervised, and a sailing school offers lessons.

Located on the south side of Cap d’Antibes, Plage de la Gallice is a small, quiet beach in Antibes, tucked away from the road.
700 m from the Église Notre-Dame de la Pinède d’Antibes and close to the harbour, it’s mainly frequented by locals, guaranteeing an authentic atmosphere.
It’s the perfect spot to relax, have a picnic or enjoy a good book sheltered from the wind. Its soft sand and calm water bring a sense of serenity, with a lovely view thrown in. A water sports centre, a snack bar and paid parking are all available here.

At the gateway to Cap d’Antibes, 1 km from Posidonia, a stunning natural site blending pine forest and cliff, lies Plage des Ondes.
This sandy beach in Antibes is narrow, but incredibly intimate and pleasant. Popular with locals, it lets you take in the Estérel massif and the Lérins Islands. Swimmers can’t stop singing its praises: “Lovely sandy beach! Clean water! Plenty of fish! Easy to park!”
Free parking, showers and toilets are available. Note that a small stone tower, built in the 1950s, stands just a few metres from the shore, adding a distinctive touch to the scenery.
