As for entertainment, the Capfun team runs peak season with its Clapou clubs for 4-6 year-olds, Politicator for 7-10 year-olds, Nobodys for teenagers, as well as pool wake-up sessions, sports tournaments and themed evenings. The overall atmosphere remains family-friendly and relaxed, respecting the calm of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer. Pornichet and La Baule, among the most beautiful beaches in Europe, are 20 minutes away for an upmarket seaside getaway. Le Croisic and its fishing harbour, Guérande and its salt marshes, and Le Pouliguen are 30 minutes away. The Brière regional park, nearby, offers trips on traditional flat-bottomed boats through France’s second-largest wetland after the Camargue. Nantes, the capital of the Loire, with its famous Elephant from the Machines de l’Île, is an hour away. On site at the campsite, a multi-sports pitch and table tennis tables keep sports fans busy.
